1. Services
EasyBizBoost provides website design, Google Ads management, Google Business Profile, SEO, social media management and paid social advertising services as described on our Packages page or in a written quote.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD unless shown in your local currency. Website projects are one-off payments. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month starting period, then month to month. Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the ad platform and is not included in our fees.
3. Your responsibilities
You supply accurate content, logins and approvals on time, and confirm you have the rights to any material you provide.
4. Results
We use proven best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, which depend on factors outside our control.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own your website content and design deliverables. Ad accounts, analytics and Google Business Profile remain in your name.
6. Cancellation
After the starting period, monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice to info@easybizboost.com. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
7. Liability and law
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
