Website projects
You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. Once design work has started, a refund is given for the unused portion of the project; deposits cover work already completed. After you approve and launch the site, payments are non-refundable.
Monthly marketing plans
Monthly fees cover work for that month and are non-refundable once the month has started. Cancel any time after the 3-month starting period with 30 days’ notice.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or TikTok and is subject to their own policies; we cannot refund it.
EU/UK customers
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start work within that period, you pay for the work done up to cancellation.
How to request a refund
Email info@easybizboost.com with your order number. We reply within 5 business days and refund to the original payment method.
